Rental Rates & Terms - 2007

Summer - 2008 (6/24 - 9/7)

Weekly - $1500

Nightly - $215 (for partial weeks listed) June 22 - 29 Partial Week (3 Day minimum) July 12 - 16 Partial Week (3 day minimum) Aug 23 - 27 Partial Week (3 day minimum)

Fall - 2007

Nightly (2 night minimum) - $200/night *

Weekly - $1250 *

* All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $350

Terms:
Payment in Full + Security Deposit Required to secure reservervation


Cancellation policy:
Prior to 6 weeks before your stay begins, 75% of the reservation deposit
will be refunded if the unit can be successfully rented for your reserved
time period.

Less than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay, 50% of the total
rental fee will be refunded if the unit can be successfully rented for your
reserved time period.

All rentals will require a lease agreement to be executed.
